FITT WITH TIFF
At 7, I was obsessed with studying muscle charts. At 12, I aspired to be a physiotherapist. I have always been active and loved helping others become more active. As a qualified trainer since 2018, I have been designing individualized training programs. Now, I combine rehab and fitness/performance to help clients achieve their physical and wellness goals. I provide workout and mobility solutions based on anatomy, biomechanics, injury and pain management expertise, and behavioural change techniques to clients of all types.
FITT in kinesiology terms is an acronym for training variables (Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type). My approach goes back to the fundamentals of the FITT principle, but I am skilled in fine-tuning these parameters to deliver amazing and effective results. My name is TIFF, and FITT is a matching brand name, after all! Finally, "fitt with tiff" is not only about being physically fit. I consider the whole person and ultimately, we all want to be physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually "fit".
