Hello, you!
Thank you for visiting my page! I am eager to introduce myself to you so you get a better sense of who I am.

I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology (High Honours) and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®). I am currently the co-president of the Ontario Physiotherapy Association Central Toronto District and an executive at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Pain Science Division.
My Focus
With a strong background as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer at the University of Toronto, I have extensive experience coaching student-athletes and clients of all ages. I am passionate about providing exceptional musculoskeletal care and tailored exercise programs, helping clients achieve their goals of getting stronger, being fitter, and having less pain.
I am exceptionally committed to evidence-based practice, regularly consuming and applying extensive research to my client care, assessments, treatments, patient education, and exercise prescriptions. Guided by the motto, “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” the client-centred approach spearheads my care, a whole-person biopsychosocial consideration is my lens, and evidence-informed care is my backdrop.
