"I have been working with Tiffany for over a year. She is an empathetic, caring, patient, knowledgeable, and creative trainer. I have an ACL-deficient knee, hip pain, back pain, elbow pain, and occasional dizziness. Tiffany is able to work with all of these constraints and still gives me a way to stay active, get strong, and prepare for my knee surgeries.
Tiffany listens to my concerns, takes notes, asks me questions, and conducts appropriate assessments to inform her interventions.
We started our training with a severe imbalance between my left and right leg because of my knee injury and surgical history. Her program enabled me to gain more range with my right knee and reduced the quad strength difference to 5lbs only.
When I frequently complained about right shoulder control issues when performing bench presses or overhead presses, she implemented several drills that significantly improved my concerns in a couple of months. Now, I rarely complain about my right shoulder when performing these pressing exercises.

When she first implemented her solutions for my hip pain, it got much better within a month or so. I was a former competitive soccer player, so she even implemented some soccer drills in the workout as a part of dynamic hip strengthening.
When I started to have left elbow pain during bench presses, she was creative to work around it by tweaking the exercises, like implementing wide-grip bench press, incline bench press, playing around with elbow flare angle, etc. For my dizziness, she came up with a solution, based on her knowledge of exercise physiology, that allowed me to continue to lift heavy and reduce my dizziness.
Finally, she is interested in my updates and always asks me to send her a text about any of my conditions at any time. She is very accessible through texts, replying to my updates and offering suggestions. She is also interested in my general well-being, keeping in touch regarding my work and my sleep.
